Hey everyone! I'm Adi. Growing up in rural New Jersey, it has never been a question to me that our food scraps should go back to the Earth to replenish the soil’s nutrients. After experiencing the time-consuming effort and hassle of having a vermicompost system of 5,000+ worms in my apartment in North Bergen, I have searched for other solutions to composting: a place nearby to drop it off, or a pick up service.

With no solutions in sight I decided to provide one and started Neighborhood Compost—an easy, affordable service that allows busy people to recycle their food waste just as we would plastic or paper. To bring the concept full circle, I am excited to offer local farm fresh vegetables that your very compost helps cultivate. You win, the Earth wins, and together we create a powerful community that shifts the world towards a more sustainable, loving place.
